Seven Door Sedan and King Mixer.  Both bands worth seeing.  Pop by if you're not doing anything.  If you're already planning to be there gimme a shout out...

I saw 7 door Sedan once. Pretty sure it was at Iota. Was a good time. Glenn is a good friend of a friend.

This is the Quarry House in Silver Spring? I used to work a block from there in the mid-90s. I drank a great deal at that bar. A very great deal. I was so smitten with a hot blond bartender that worked there.

there is still a hot blonde bartender(ess) that works there.  As for the place itself, I just discovered it because it only recently (to my knowledge) began hosting live music.   But I love it -- it's the real deal as far as neighborhood dives go.  Some crazy people hang out there.

As for the King Mixer guitarist, I'd say more of a hummingbird than a ghost... he just wouldn't stand still long enough to not be a blur.  :)
