Good lord...I just read on rollingstone.com that this tour will require the use of 120 trucks to get from town to town.  That is just stupid.  WTF?  120 trucks???  Just get out there and play the songs already.

Not that I'd go see this show anyway, but the thought of it is gross. 

Oh yeah, that song about boots is really weak too.  Maybe the worst U2 single ever.

Much better, thanks...but I'll be feeling even better when I see Bono riding onto the stage at FedEx field on an elephant, the leader in an extensive parade of rare and endangered wildlife from all over the globe.

well i had a presale password from IZOD Center for the show - and it doesnt seem to work. What a bummer. I really want to see this show, so I guess Ill just be waiting for regular sale or figure something out.

U2 should open for Muse!

I have yet to see Muse open for somebody where they didn't completely blow the headliner off the stage.  Given my well known love for U2, this is sure to be VERY interesting.

the great thing about this is that Muse is completely used to and comfortable playing in a large venue/stadium. and their music is almost more fitting for it.  Hopefully U2 will let them set up a decent stage and, while i dont want to say "co-headlining", they could give Muse a bit more than is traditionally given to "opening acts".

  that said, i dont think Muse will blow U2 off the stage! good bill.
