pretty damn tasty, depending on the veggie burger.
I have literally thought of opening a restaurant for "gourmet" veggie burgers. The different products you can use to make your patties (bean, quinoa, soy, etc) match better with different ingredients and I actually think there's more a foodie-chef could do with inventive veggie burgers than real meat-burgers at this point. I have a southwestern burger and a "breakfast" burger that would knock the socks off even the most voracious meat-eater.
