Today's Birthday

Facebook, Myspace, Flickr, two blogs (one about our daughter, the other about women's and parenting issues), working 20+ hours a week for multiple employers, and taking care of our daughter 24/7 with no help except me....I guess there's no time left for the 9:30 board.

I miss Celeste.

get rid of the facebook, flickr, blog bullshit, and maybe she would have a life.  or she could write a book if she cared that much about what others think of what she thinks. 

i gave up a long time ago, and feel so much better about it.

Ok, my sources have corrected me. Today, May 8, we actually celebrate the birthday of 70's icon Toni Tennille, who turns 69 today. Did y'all know that she sang backup on Pink Floyd's The Wall? Happy Birthday, Toni.





So who shared a birthday with me yesterday? Well, I could go with esteemed newsman Tim Russert. But who wants to see his squirrelly mug? Instead, i'm going to go with screen legend Tracy Lords, who turned 41. Happy belated birthday, Tracy.
