Freefest will call pickup question

So I'm going to use my ticketmaster account to get a pair.

And my wife is going to use her ticketmaster account (and her credit card) to get another pair.

Can I pick up her pair at the box office, if I have her id and credit card, or does she have to be the one who picks them up?

And do we need a ticket for our (just turned) two year old?

All tickets must be picked up by the original ticket purchaser. Children two and up will need a ticket.
