Looking at their ad on their website, it says that Final Straw is the on-sale cd at $6.99

yes it is final straw @best buy $6.99, i know cos i got my copy on monday. also they like afew other stores seem to have loads of courtney loves new cd, seems no one is buying it.

There's a LOT I don't like, but I don't find the need to dis on music that other folks like a lot.  Yes, you can find the occasional "blech" from me, or queries as to why so-and-so is such a big deal around here, but in general if I don't like a band I stay out of the discussion...Modest Mouse being a great example.

It looks like it's still on sale today.  Best Buy in Rockville appears to be sold out of them, but there's still one of those cards on the rack that lists the $6.99 price.

I just called Best Buy and the sale is good through midnight on Saturday, providing that there is still stock within the stores. This means, yes, if you go to the store on Saturday and it's still available, you will get it for $6.99. This is true for all Baltimore/DC/NOVA locations. Actually, if I remember correctly, nationwide.
