^^ lol at your matt and kim review.
but this one takes the cake:

"DCist spent the rest of the day in the vicinity of the Pavilion Stage, retreating to the press tent only to escape the double-dutch yammering of Matt & Kim, a keyboard & drums duo (which, right there, objection, your honor) comprised of two six-year-olds who just mainlined a whole bag of Pixy Stix yet who, perhaps by way of the supernatural phenomenon depicted in the film Big, appear to be in their twenties."

yeah - i had a badge and wristband. so that explains it :)  And yes - the Jeremiah Weed drinks were good.

Did you have a badge or a wristband? I just assumed that the cabana/tented area was reserved for the people cruising around with the VMU/Gold/etc passes.

dont know if there were different areas, but the VIP area on the far left of the stage at the pavilion had a tent with free drinks. forgot who that sponsor was weed something, maybe. i didnt see food there --- and no clue if there were different VIP areas.

"free drinks/food in the tent -- its free "

Free drinks??

I was complaining because there were no free drinks and the food I was offered was a bag of chips. Loved everything else, just this was cheesy. Sounds like you had a better food and free drinks. I still treuly appreciated just having the instant access to the bar. Just being critical but at the same time totally happy.

Nope, nope, and nope.

Daft Punk have been pretty vocal about no tour soon. Errr, as vocal as they can be...

Chvrches have a shit ton of tour dates in late September with no DC / Balt date. So I'll say whichever day it is, count them in....
