GB appears to be the only considerable option in town, IMO. But I don't do dance parties.

And a troll in a ball.

When I read that, the first image that popped into my head was Dick Cheney and his sneer trying to get out of a big clear ball.  :D ;D :D

Now that might be worth attending!

sweetcell's nye options:

arguing with people about what you should be doing

arguing with himself about what he should be doing

arguing with 2011 because he likes 2010 better

arguing with seth because if he was seth he would gotten somebody cooler than gogol

All you can eat/drink/bowl at the old Lucky Strike in Bethesda sounds like a better time than any of those options.

Gogol is a GREAT band for NYE!

I mean they are fun, they make you dance, its high energy, they attract lots of hot international chicks..what the fuck else does one want or need?

Heck Gogol even has after parties...

Fort Knox Five is headlining at Eighteenth Street Lounge.

Flyer: http://www.eighteenthstreetlounge.com/images/2010/12_31.jpg

The flyer says to go to the website for more information, but (at least as of yet) there's no additional info (like how much the event costs) on the site.

Their last album was a little 'eh', but their live show is nothing to 'be over' they are constantly amazing! They might even win me over on this album with the live performance. But I'm not pay 55$ for champagne.

Go to RNR, 50$ = open bar all effing night.
