I am inquiring on who to contact directly about potentially getting a signed band from the Philadelphia area considered for "local" rock shows and/or an opening slot on national rock tours that are booked at 9:30. Does 9:30 consider bands outside of the DC market given they are able to provide a legitimate press kit, resume, etc.?
Also, if there are bands reading this- would your group consider booking your area with a band from another major market?
