Lost Ticket Policy?

So I'm increasingly certain that my tickets to this Wednesday's Cut Copy show got tossed out with some old mail as I can't find them anywhere. I bought them from the Box Office the day they went on sale (luckily, I did pay with a credit card) and am wondering if there is any possible recourse? Is it possible to track that purchase, cancel the hard tickets and transfer the purchase to will call? I'd hate to be out 60+ bucks for nothing, but more than that I'd really hate to miss the show as I've been looking forward to it for months.

I've also contacted TicketFly about this and am waiting to hear back. I'd really appreciate it if anyone who deals with this directly could let me know what my options are (if any).

Hey J.P.,

I'm sorry to inform you, however once tickets are in your possession, they become your sole responsibility and they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
