I have seen two of the three bands live, and all three are awful live.

Anyone else going to LA for the Philharmonic show? The Shins are opening...for me, that's a more attractive show. I haven't seen the Shins since their Black Cat shows.

I went to L.A. for 14 hours once, to see The Soft Boys one last time. I was a mess for a week afterwards, but I have no regrets.

 i think anyone that attended the two  B & S 930 shows in March would beg to differ...They are stunning live & get better every tour..
 When did you see them last  ?.... & if you say something like 1998 its pretty irrelevant ...
