I'm in for $5.  If Sethy wins the $1000 pool and doesn't want it, I will gladly take it  ;D

If you're in, please put a + sign in next to your name.

For example, your ID would be:

vansmack for $5 pool.
vansmack* for $100 pool.
vansmack*+ for $100 pool and $1000 pool.

to be clear: if you're in the $100 and/or $1000 pool, you still need to be part of $5 pool, right?  so people should be paypal'ing you $5, $105, $1005, or $1105?

Traditionally, the Big Boys have settled up in-person over a nice lunch on the winner's dime.

This. Do not pay pal me  $1000.  I'm not picking up that fee!

But yes, pay pal me $5, $105 or that plus fees if you're so inclined.

Can we wager on how long each of the pools lasts?  What's the money line on the big rollers one?  I say it doesn't go longer than five weeks.

Is the deadline really Sunday at 1:00? Regardless of Thursday or Saturday games?

If you want to pick the Thursday or Saturday game, then you must do so before kickoff of that game.  However, I've never thought it was wise to force folks to pick the Sunday games by 8:00PM ET on a Thursday.

This is how it has been for a few years now.  What is your concern?

ideally, we could pick any game that hasn't kicked off yet (or withing 15 mins of kickoff, whatever).  so if you space out on sunday and forget to make a selection (as some have been known to do here), you can still have a crack at the monday night game.  not sure if yahoo allows for such flexibility.

It does not.  The options are still:

(1) 5 minutes before the kickoff of the first game of the week, or
(2) 1:00 PM ET on Sunday

We changed it to option #2 two seasons ago (the first time they allowed the option).
