Hell yeah! Been listening to Sky Valley all day! Tonight's show is going to ROCK!

(PS - If you don't know The Sword, they are worth getting there early for).

Didn't go to the show but saw Kyuss! Lives hanging at Duffys this afternoon before the show.  Seemed like pretty cool dudes...

Good show!! LOUD (to my ears anyway).

Kyuss never were a high energy band and I guess as one would expect 16 years later they were pretty mellow on stage.  The new guy in particular just kinda stands there and plays.  Just didn't seem into it, but that's just my read on it.

Bummed we didn't get Un Sandpiper but no other complaints really.  Would have been nice to see Scott Reeder but you can't have everyone there.

Edit: surprised at the number of folks that got tossed last night.  Never saw what lead up to that.  Smoking?  Fighting?

Nick always said he'd play with KYUSS - It's not a money thing.  Though he IS facing 15 years.

The band wants him to be there.  Plain and simple.

Though they played a bunch of songs last night that nobody but Garcia was involved with.

The only non-alum track I recall was Fatso Forgotso. Everything else was off the last 3 (great) albums.

from my notes:

Gardenia
Hurricane
One Inch Man
Thumb
Freedom Run
Asteroid
Supa Scoopa & Mighty Scoop
Fatso Forgotso
Conan Troutman
Odyssey
Whitewater
El Rodeo
100 Degrees

Encore:
Molten's Universe
Allen's Wrench
Green Machine

Also, was Phototropic mixed in there? I wasn't quite sure. I think there was something mixed in with Whitewater.
