Ok - so I know some of you must snowboard/surf/skateboard. Or maybe know of someone who does.

Im working with a friend's startup and we're trying to get the word out for this auction.
There is one for the superbowl too - if thats more of others speed.

Its kinda like ebay - except its not about who has the most money - its about who lasts the longest/wants it most during the auction. the last click wins - its quite simple and the prize packages are pretty insanely awesome. Some proceeds also go to charity. Everything involves celebrity in some way, shape or form - but focused on actually doing something with said celebrity. ie snowboarding/hanging with eric willett at the winter xgames, etc.

I have about 10 DVD's that's I've held on to until I find digital equivalents.

One of them is the Bones Brigade DVD.

I own every Bones Brigade video, and have watched each 2000 times. My young life was controlled, by those bastards.

I just bought a couple decks from Mike Vallely's new company Streetplant

The 30th anniversary posts started piping up on Instagram last week. Animal Chin was my first video. Quick search on Google yielded results for reissues of the "Have You Seen Him" t-shirts. Needless to say I bought one.

On a semi-related note, I did not realize Skatemaster Tate died a year ago this month.

That's amazing. I'm way too old to even think about stuff like that anymore. Shamefully converted my board to a cruiser. It's kind of sketchy but it moves.

I now buy skateboard decks, as wall art.  I search, out the most awesome ones I can find, and save them for when I have my basement finished.

I have, 30, so far.

My daughter has a long board and she hates mine. Too small and too fast. Definitely no tricks in my future.
