Levi's Stadium?  Well at least it's better than The Lube.   

Levi's has a rich history in San Francisco, so it's been fairly well received.  I'm shocked that they didn't get a tech company though, seeing as how they're no longer in SF proper and right at the gates of Silicon Valley.  My money was on Cisco.

I'm sure Levi's is hoping for the story of the original 49'ers wearing Levi's to be told over and over...

To everyone excited about Eric Avery joining nine inch nails:

its with very mixed emotions i tell you all that im pulling out of NIN. i know. its been a tough call and i don't know if its the right one. but i really want to focus on my musical life here in la, on film work in particular. as the tour dates kept growing? i just got overwhelmed. i just got home from a year of heavy travel with garbage, the idea of leaving town for another year and a half, and with all the intensity that nails demands? fortunately my friend Trent understands all this and appreciated my pulling the plug now instead of deep into 2013 and 14. go get em gentlemen.

Avery replaced by Robin Finck, AKA the musician who has played the most with NIN live.  makes sense, if a somewhat unexciting choice.  i believe this is the first time he'll be playing bass, he's always played guitar (and occasional keys).

i know this about "them" in which i mean they seem to be a band that always brings such a diverse love or hatred aura around them . . . but this might be one of the best articles i read from pitchfork on any band, especially this band, which is a band they hate normally.
