The Constitution's prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment requires prison officials to provide adequate health care for inmates, and the argument is that this transition is necessary for her well-being. So why should/would Manning be denied?

First off Bradley Manning is not a she.  Second, just because he wants something doesn't mean it is good for his well-being. Third,  even if it is for his well-being there is no need to be required to provide it for him. I am sure it would be good for some other prisoners well-being to have visits from super-models.  Should we provide them with super models?

for those that have the old one it's easy to edit it...just open it in notepad and do a find and replace for 'atomicfront' with 'atomic'.
