I found that surprising. ive had vanity plates with tons of interesting words i believe for the entire time i have driven a vehicle. i prefer stick shift over automatic for you feel more connected to the machinery with your hand stoking the shaft to the engine. ive always known Virginia has had the most and it has been that way for the last twenty five years. ive tried to figure the reason why that is then rather accepted it as a fact that people from Virginia are different.

Could it be that you have to jump through more bureaucratic hoops in other states whereas VA tends to make things easy? Or maybe it's cheaper?
Vansmack?

i just assumed it was because NoVa resident were so vain, which drives up the state's average.
