In response, New Pornos frontman Carl Newman sent out a series of tweets, including jokes about his 5-year-old son?s reaction to the situation. Raffi has now apologized to the New Pornographers, his representatives have told Pitchfork. In a message to Newman, he said, ?In a fleeting moment I reacted to a word, which I wrote about in my book Lightweb Darkweb. My Tweet was without context, on a gig night, Not cool.
