And yes Jason Falkner being there was a bit of one of these things doesn’t seem like the others.  I guess at this point when he’s not touring with Beck he’s a LA session musician, but I have to wonder if he isn’t working with Dave’s daughter Violet in the studio… really wish he do more solo albums, but maybe it’s not worth the hassle of releasing and promoting them at this point

Sid Vicious performing with Nancy Spungen and Mick Jones of The Clash at Max's Kansas City in New York City on September 7, 1978

although I'm glad we can't hear it...

I worship Sid.  Always have.  Such a powerful figure of pop culture.   Thanks for this photo.  I enjoy, the stare of every aspect of it!

In 1982, Mercyful Fate embarked on their first mini tour of Europe. The tour introduced King Diamond to the heavy metal world and launched him as an icon who has influenced countless metal fans and bands. This is where it began! The latest 7” scale ULTIMATES! King Diamond features premium paint and details, interchangeable heads and hands, his trademark crossed bones mic stand, a soft goods robe that replicates the one he wore onstage on that debut tour, and is packaged in a collector-friendly deluxe window box with a slipcase cover!

Love coming across some of these old pics that are rarely seen
not sure what their fascination was with the caped crusaders, but I suspect it had more to do with the camp aspect

Nico and Andy 1967 (for Esquire Magazine)

you are not wrong and it was esquire, so you'd think they had a good person behind the lens

there was a funny comment "Ok, nico, we are going to do one more shot, please act as disinterested as possible"

I still think it's cool, I love that Andy is in it.  Seems somewhat rare
