New Bar Attached To 930?

I was at Backbar a couple weeks ago and I noticed the building attached to the back of the club had some new windows and what looked like some sort of back or side patio. Anyone have any idea what this is? The windows had brown paper over them and it looked like there were some sort of permits taped to the window. I have been looking around but haven't found much info, I had the name of the company listed on the permits written down to look it up but I lost the name. It's on the Backbar side, and it looks like the front door isn't more than 5 feet from where the stairs to Backbar are.

I heard a taco place was supposed to go somewhere neat 9th and U and also a burger place, I think the burger place turned out to be Brixton though. Could be another burger spot.
