Crabs in general are a pain in the ass to eat. That's what makes the payoff so good. Crab meat is hands down my favorite.

My favorite type of bivalve mollusc would be the Oyster. I know that question hadn't been asked of me yet but I knew it was coming.  Mussels come in a close second.

For some reason I can't stand scallops.  Maybe it is because they aren't as fresh as the other choices.

No I think they shoot chemicals in them to make them to appear fresh.
