Late to the party so I'll keep this short.

Male. 40's. Married. 2 kids.
Have lived in MoCo my entire life. Dying to move out.
First 930 show: Meat Puppets in 85?
Hard to pick a favorite 930 show but my wife wanted to kill me for taking her to see Killing Joke back in 89. Still makes me laugh.
Have not seen as many shows as the rest of you it seems.
Love going to shows alone.
Currently only have tix to Ceremony (CA) @ Ottobar.
MD grad. Diehard Terps and O's fan.

there ya go.....

Favorite book is Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts.

I bought it a few months back and still haven't dove in.  i think the length is keeping me away.  Seems like a hell of a commitment.  Looking forward to it though... eventually.
Don't let the length intimidate you.  It will breeze by, I swear.

If you were going to introduce yourself to Bobby Pollard, which do you think would be more effective?

a. hi, my name is Butch. Really love you work. Can I buy you a beer?

b. hi, my name is Butch. Really love your work. Can I get your autograph?

If the guy is gay this would work best:

c. hi, my name is Butch, I really love your work, Can I give you a bj?

i am gay and i like cats

asking for an autograph from a famous person, is not gay . . . but asking a famous person to buy them a beer or a bj, is.

I would just ask them to have a photograph with me if someone being famous had any importance to me.  My ex-girlfriend had photos of herself with everyone.

i think famous people hate photos, more than autographs.  autographs = respect.  pictures = youre to close to my space, douche.  oh look, i like saying douche, again.

Who cares what famous people like?  They are there to entertain us.  But I would rather have a photo with Meg White than an autograph from her.
