Transfer will call tickets?

Is there anyway to transfer will call tickets to another name?  I might not be able to make it to the Superchunk show, and I want the tickets to go to a good home (face value, of course).  Let me know what I can do.

If you bought from the fan club you have to contact them. We can't make any changes.

If you purchased the tickets through us or Ticketfly we can allow someone else to pick them up as long as they have the following items.

Copy of the purchasers ID
Copy of the credit card used to purchase the tickets
Confirmation number

I need to do this for Rob Zombie. Bought my ticket, then realized it's the same night as a show I'm playing out of town. D'oh!
