When I got asked to DJ the J. Roddy Walston and the Business show and started checking them out, I realized that a track from the forthcoming Nic Armstrong and the Thieves EP would probably fit nicely into my set.  Nic was able to hook me up with a track and said me playing it would be it's World Premier.   I'm very much looking forward to hearing this new EP as his record from a few years is still one of my favs.

The Beginner?s Mynd - All The Time
Temples - Keep in the Dark
The High Strung - Human
Primal Scream - Invisible City
Lou Reed - The Blue Mask
The Fuzz - Sleigh Ride
The Replacement - Radio Hook Word Hit
Diarrhea Planet - Hammer of the Gods
Modern Ruins - Rusty Belt
The Riots - Out Of Control
The Go - Tired Of The Night
Japanoids  - For the Love Of Ivy

No BS! Brass Band

Nic Armstrong and the Thieves - Set Pieces (World Premiere)
Black Joe Lewis & the Soul Distributors - Boogaloo On Clark Street
Brass Roots - Black Eyed Friday
The Dirtbombs - Jump and Shout
Breakdown Brass - Driggs

What did you think of No BS! ? Always an enjoyable show, I've seen them probably like 10 times.

Rather enjoyed No BS!, been listening to several Brass bands of late and it's always fun to get to hear a new one.
