It’s funny because when they introduced Seth’s character at the BBQ I was thinking the actor looked familiar and was going to look it up in IMDB.  But, then I saw the name in the credits and started putting it all together.

Previewed that Carlin doc the other day day for like 10 mins. Id love to watch more but my in laws are here and my wife won't let me play anything controversial on the tv. Which means we'll be playing Scrabble tonight.

Euphoria is so well done. So well. Done.
It has moments of brilliance and is also bewilderingly bad all at the same time.

Seth is in a prison jump suit and has to pay for his crimes in this weeks We Own This City, if that interests anyone. (He squeals like a pig.)

I liked Pistol on FX
didn't love it and it took waaay too many liberties on known facts/time lines
but I liked the acting and liked that they used some real live footage/photos interspersed with the acting
it was fun, but by no means essential

It was taken from Steve Jones book, which I loved
and I can see some of Lydon's issues...but jez the stink he made was a bit over the top
it by all regards put him in a very good light as far as I could tell

One of the biggest things that got on my nerves, because in the book it was almost a footnote was the big role that Chrissy Hynde played (in the series)
No doubt, she was there, working at Sex and even hooking up with jonesy....but they took that and turned it into something it wasn't
not sure why they had to do that.  Guess they felt viewers needed a love story?  just odd, not sure why everyone agreed to that (other than the actress who played her)

but I uncovered this great pic of her from that era

she was a bad ass from the get go
slack

Three episodes in. He's playing himself, right?
