Recently got into People Just Do Nothing, it's on BBC. Mockumentary style show following DJs/MCs who run a pirate radio station in the UK. Pretty funny, although some relationship stuff between the characters is weird.

Getting excited for Black Mirror!!!

I stumbled on People Just Do Nothing as well and found it laugh out funny.  There are lots of subtle jokes you have to watch for like the Grindah + Miche + Decoy triangle...  The third season is a bit of a bummer but the realization that Miche can only cut hair like she does for Grindah is pretty funny.  I also think it's the first mockumentary that acknowledges the characters are recognized after a season has aired and bring up in the second season.

Ah dang! The relationship stuff had bummed me out because it seemed to be villainizing Meesh for almost no reason, I'm still in season 2 though. Funny to hear about the haircut bit though. That's a great thing to happen in a mockumentary though, the Trailer Park Boys should be insanely famous by season 9 haha!

Have 1 episode left of Black Mirror. It remains as beautiful and bleak as ever.

I got really really annoyed with the people on that show. I watched the first 2. All of those people were absolutely dreadful.

I have it on good authority that Julian is calling this the show of the season.

NBC. While I do like Mandy Moore, you can count the number of broadcast network series I watch on one hand and you will have fingers left over.

Wow. I think this is Just Bob's Burgers for me... Man. Broadcast television is so terrible.

I've been watching The Good Place. So far, it's ok. I think that's the only network show I've been watching. (I also watch Scandal and Bachelor as my guilty pleasure shows. But they have no place on this thread!)

It only took 73 pages, but finally someone else understands the strictures of this thread.

How many hours a week do you guys spend watching tv/movies? My wife complains that I spend too much time screenwatching, but good lord I don't think I can hold a candle to some of you folks!

well some people don't have kids or much of a commute
so that's a factor
currently I get about 7 hours a week in...usually after 9:30pm

I would estimate close to 20 when its not football season and ~30 when it is.

Also, for context, I work from home multiple days a week and can listen/watch things in the background instead of the radio/podcasts when I'm in the office.

I also am single and have no children so my amount of free time exceeds yours to begin with.
