oh, I forgot it was your thread.  I,m not even sure what an indie show is.  I was heavy into wrestling once, and fans of wrestling, would beat up nerds.  you know, I do admit . . . this thread, makes me think about wrestling again, so high marks there.  I didn,t want this to seem like an attack, but when I think nerdy topics, I think star trek, star wars, video games, comics, manga, computer programmers, cons, dressing up like my little pony with old men.  oops, did I say that last one.
All I know is I don't tell a lot of people I watch wrestling and I sure as shit know a lot of people I know definitely don't watch wrestling, let alone go to smaller, independent wrestling shows up and down the east coast. Lol.

Pretty good for a pro wrestling thread.

A wrestling thread that masquerades as a Comic Book thread!

PS Heading to this new independent show on Friday right here in VA. Pretty stoked. Saw Sonjay Dutt at the GFW show a couple weeks ago. http://novaprowrestling.tumblr.com/

Got tickets to go see the Attack On Titan [live action] movie tomorrow night in Fairfax. I hadn't read any reviews for it, I just knew it looked semi corny from all the trailers. My sister hit me up saying that the reviews are all pretty much terrible. I looked into it and it's being panned pretty hard. All I know is I love the anime and manga and just want to see how they can translate those insane images to live action and the big screen. Either way I'm stoked!

That movie is getting horrible reviews BUT I still want to see it.

I also read that part 2 is pretty bad.

yes to that movie!!!!!!!!  I don,t care if it sucks, I want to see.  there is a film club at my local Alamo draft house, that plays them there fancy movies, and hopefully they will get it.  I love movies with Japanese people flying all around, like some crouching tiger rip off shit.

Well it's playing tonight and tomorrow in Fairfax and it'll be the same 2 night deal on 10/20 10/21 for part 2. The Angelika theater is super nice. Shaking in my boots to see what these creepy ass titans look like on the big screen.

Attack On Titan: They switched up characters and took out a lot of characters and switched characters and took tons of liberties with the story. It was cool to see live action, but some parts do come off as insanely corny and campy. It was cool to see that universe come to life, but the CGI parts are almost way too CGI and it feels like you're watching parts of the show as opposed to a live action movie.

I still don't have a PS4 or Xbox 1. I went into Best Buy the other day and was debating buying one of them. I had an Xbox 360 after my PS2. I never really played PS3.... Can't remember why I was leaning towards the PS4.... Maybe one day. I think I can get a refurbished one at Game Stop for less than 200. It's pretty tempting. Or maybe I was drunk when I saw that.
