I got a PS4 "for the kids" when it came out, but it largely went unused.

Until the release of....

Haven't gotten into a game so much in many years. My oldest son beats me roughly 67% of the time, but the games are stupidly furious and fun. It's also great and easy to play online matches.

My PS2 went largely unused and eventually just turned into a DVD player. When I got my Xbox 360 I played way more games. I want to get it to play games on, both of my Xbox 360's died awhile ago and I just never got around to getting a new console.

Y the Last Man TV series coming soon...

I have only read the first TPB so far, but I do have them all (my fiancée loves the series and has read them all this year after I got them).

Even as someone who is on reddit daily, I'm proud to say I have only a tangential idea what Fallout 4 even is!

It's Wolfenstein 3D in a dystopian wasteland, I surmise.

I have this conversation with my wife and others, who think video games are juvenile yet have no problem passively watching television for hours. For me, games are a way of engaging my brain in a creative fashion. I like games that are strategic, require planning and problem-solving, and have elements of exploration. I think many games require more mental activity than simply looking at a screen and engaging in one-way communications.

Who proclaimed something as non-intellectual as attending a rock concert to be acceptable behavior by anybody over the age of 25?
