The only rule is the band has to be actively together and touring...

It died a quick death in 2014, when we had many more posters.

I think both the Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits Festival had much better lineups 20 years ago. (And I don't necessarily think that the music from 20 years ago was better than today.)
