Church conversions to housing!
I have always thought there was lots of opportunity as church membership decreased
Always on giant plots of land close to where people are

old churches often have adjacent cemeteries... not sure i'd want to look out over one as i go to sleep each night.
Do you go to sleep looking out the window and down??
location, location, location
they are often in high traffic area of a town, an only very old churchs do that
most that were built after 1900 don't (I'm basing that on zero knowledge, just anecdotal observations)
Just don't build my house over the Cemetry...and if you do, move the caskets first please
also Cemetaries are great neighbors, they cut their lawn, don't have late parties and provide lots of greenspace/trees for animals to live
Just wish they didn't spread so many chemicals to keep the lawn green
next is Golf Courses! Kids today could care less and tons were built in the last few decades that many will close in the next decade
plus I think golf courses are very indulgent use of land by wealthy people...I'd rather more forest/parkland and less chemicals
