i like cold play and what they do.  chris is dreamy and the drummer is a bear hunk.  their music is consistently good and they put on a great show.  yeah, yada, so, there.

please lord let it be so...this quote sums it up best:

"initially baptized 'the poor man's radiohead' they went on to become kings of flaccid adult contemporary rock"

I always preferred this one:

"Coldplay and the Dave Matthews band generally appeal to medium-level dull people."

Probably not

good one.  can you imagine having to admit back then, that adele and justin beiber, were your main competition?

im going to listen to coldplay all day now and go up to total strangers and just say, 'cold play.'  so, there, yada.

I love that and feel the exact same way
When ever discussing music with someone (or looking at their collectin), if they mention DMB or Coldplay...I already know I'm dealing with a person who really doesn't love music...it's just a fad for them

Did you tell your boss your feelings on this band?  Or at least point them in this direction so that they know what you are doing with your day?
