how the hell do you do that thing where you set image height/width to like 50%?  I keep trying different things but can't get it right.

I saw in your last one you use a different type of command

I do it like this
[img] is the standard

and if you want to adjust you just add hight= or width=  you can do both or one

[img width=500]
