the price of vouchers on the secondary market has tanked.... they will soon be worth as much as venezuelan currency.....

Why would it be over after that? My understanding is they have to continue adding shows until shows stop selling our and/or vouchers expire.

As part of the settlement,

Ticketmaster agreed to provide all members of the class a $2.25 credit on the future purchase of primary tickets for each transaction over the class period, for up to 17 claims.

In addition, a $5 UPS voucher was made available to members of the class who had used UPS delivery during the class period, again to a maximum of 17 claims.

Also Ticketmaster agreed to provide $5 million in ticket vouchers for select Live Nation concerts through May 2017, subject to availability and a cap of 17 claims per account. Given the tremendous initial interest for these tickets, Ticketmaster will increase to $10 million its allotment of tickets made available through May 2017. The potential for additional tickets will be based on the redemption rates of the discount and UPS vouchers.

I think people are getting confused about "Discount Vouchers" ($2.50) and "Ticket Vouchers" (2 free tickets to select shows.

You have until 2020 to use your discounts.  You have until $10.5m to use your ticket vouchers.

Here's why I jumped on half my ticket vouchers:

"Also Ticketmaster agreed to provide $5 million in ticket vouchers for select Live Nation concerts through May 2017, subject to availability and a cap of 17 vouchers per account. Each voucher is potentially redeemable for two eligible General Admission tickets for certain Live Nation concert events subject to availability and limitations. Please be aware that due to limited availability, we expect these settlement ticket vouchers to be redeemed quickly. Given the tremendous initial interest for these tickets, Ticketmaster will increase to $10 million its allotment of tickets made available through May 2017. The potential for additional tickets will be based on the redemption rates of the discount and UPS vouchers." http://www.ticketfeelitigation.com/faq.php#Q2

They were pretty clear about it.

In light of that, when the next round comes up I'm going to buy tickets to the biggest shows on the board regardless of location and just put them all on StubHub/eBay and see how much $$ I can make off this.

it is a crock of shit.. they give vouchers they never intend to allow you to redeem.. its moronic.. why give people vouchers for something you will not provide?

and its going to be WAY harder to redeem them for the next and final round cause everybody will have wised up that the vouchers are essentially worthless unless you beat out everybody else in redeeming them

glad i redeemed 4... not sure there was much else i wanted .. the offerings in the DC area sucked compared to some other markets...

Don't blame them because you can't read or understand the rules.

they may have just made a mistake in the build or roll out for that particular show as part of this...
Most likely. Hopefully blip gets his tickets though. Damn the man.

It definitely felt like loophole in the first build. But the tix are still in my order history with the voucher applied so I think it's solid.

I don't know anyone else who got pit tickets and it seems like they either ran out or closed the loophole quickly.
