"The... the other important joke, for me, is one that's usually attributed to Groucho Marx; but, I think it appears originally in Freud's "Wit and Its Relation to the Unconscious," and it goes like this - I'm paraphrasing - um, "I would never want to belong to any club that would have someone like me for a member."

@Michael Garcia I would add, who are these men that even care what the fashion industry thinks or says!  Of   course, there are small fraction that follow the trends, but if it's available, it looks good, it's of sufficient quality, and it's comfortable, I'll buy.  As another commenter notes, I have never stopped wearing pleats!

"If it looks Good."

A single pleat pants from a decent company might look ok (J Crew etc).

Pleated pants with multiple pleats. Will. Never. Look. Good.

Blasphemous Rumor. So handy to have all of those pockets at the occasional all-day music festival, or on a hike through Loch Raven.

These are only rules for Men's Fashion.  Women's Fashion is a different beast all together.

These pants are amazing, and ALL pleat...

I agree, they are handy.  They are however, currently not hip...

Right now jogging pants are hip.  They are hard to pull off though, especially in regards to shoe pairing.
