how many more have to die?
Anus's are for poop to come out of, What's your point? [/b]
i've heard they have other talents.     :D   [/b]
I must have a talentless anus then, because mine just expels poop. [/b]
No wonder you're so angry. Holding in all that gas must hurt after awhile.

so your solution would be to pull all bikes off  the roads because of crazy car drivers, despite bikes having as much right to be there as cars?

another fine example of walkonby logic.

The people commenting on that Washington Post article have confirmed for me, not for the first time, that most of the commenters on the Washington Post site are total idiots.

I would say that goes mostly for the anti-bike road rage posters, who seem to be saying that this girl got what she deserved, but also for many of the pro-bike people.

Most of the commenters expressed not a word of sympathy for the girl or her friends and family.  They were too busy using her to try to make their point.

Why is it that we park in a driveway and drive on a parkway?

i try my hardest not to read the comments on washpost stories (but usually fail, goddamn willpower) ... it's all exurban racists and trolls, immigration or crime stories are the worst

their political blogs are screaming out for some kind of moderated comments or commenter vetting system

Dood, I just have to ask...why are you a bike commuter? The shit you describe doesn't exactly sound like a fun time.

As someone who's been a daily bike commuter for years, I naturally fall on the side of the cyclists. Every morning and evening, I'm dodging motherfuckers who don't use their turn signals, don't look where they're going, drive in the bike lanes, pull sudden and immediate U-turns, throw open their car door without looking, and yell shit at me. (Anecdotal factoid: the vast majority of cars who drive like dicks and yell like dicks are SUVs from Maryland.) It's unreal, and I've stopped counting how many times I've avoided serious injury or death by inches.

The fact is, to survive as a bike commuter, you have to assume that every car is being driven by some dipshit who's not paying any attention at all. I am very quick to kick the hell out of any car that needs a good kicking, and you'd be surprised how many times it happens. It's kind of become like my morning coffee.

Right or wrong, driver or biker, this is a real sad story.

1) It's guaranteed exercise every day
 2) Have you seen gas prices lately?
 3) The faint scent of sweat and effort follows me around all day, intoxicating the lady-folk
 4) Have you seen parking prices lately?
 5) It takes 15 minutes to bike, 45 to drive
 6) Have you seen my gams?
 7) The metro has become a hassle
 8) If I take the car, then the wife has no wheels
 9) One less car on the road is good on several levels
 10) I'm all man

i was channeling you & your logic, i was running with your ban-all-bikes policy.  i wasn't expressing my opinion/beliefs.
