As someone who teaches hearing conservation, hopefully you all are wearing hearing protection at shows. You might not be able to tell now, but hearing damage is being done to your ears every time you go to shows and don't wear hearing protection.

"Ear Irrigation". It sounds like a medical novelty.

And it's just my guess that it's attracting spam. Forums that have such phrases in their thread titles might look more welcoming to spambots since they're not being deleted by mods (at least forums without a resident Kosmo).
