I do think there should be some loop hole where if you had a death in the family or a medical emergency...you could just get a refund
That would stop the scalpers as the venue could just resell them no problem (maybe charge a 10% restocking fee)
I guess Ticketfly doesn't do that stupid ticket insurance that tickemaster does...that would be a way to save you there
