 That's one of the few shows I'd think about paying $50 to see. Although my one day Bumbershoot pass got me in to see them for about $16 in 2005 (in a much more intimate venue than Virgin Fest).

Yeah, I was aware of that, but I don't think Columbia, MD counts. I would think to qualify for the DC area, the place would have to be metro accessible...

Saw them in NY with Mike Watt on bass and it totally killed.  They'll play DC I'd think when they tour for the new album they're doing with Steve Albini.  Who knows where, but I'll be there no matter what.  Iggy is still an amazing performer and the band sounded great.
