What 's the deal with the Robyn Hitchcock & The Ven

Has is it been canceled for some reason? I don't see it listed at either http://www.sonarbaltimore.com/ or http://www.ticketmaster.com/. Pollstar still lists it happening today. I was thinking of going, if it's still going on and not already sold out.

What time did the openers come on?  I got there at 10:00 and Robyn was already on stage tuning up.

My first time at The Ottobar.  Not bad at all. Is there a parking lot there?  I parked on the street, but after the show it seemed like everyone was walking around back.

you can park in the lot behind ottobar, but last night I got there a few minutes before you did and it was already full.

Loved the show.  Nice small club.  Saw Ted Leo there in August.  Got to meet Peter Buck and chat.  Very friendly guy, hangin' out at the merch table.

I'm kicking myself for not going. I ended up working late instead. I was probably skittish having never been to the Ottobar before.

plus it is easy to get to.  295 to mlk to howard.  though howard + mlk have way too many lights that are not timed.  first act was 9:05pm.  ended around 9:35.

Actually, first band was Payola Reserve, and they went on at 8:30.

Ditto.  Actually, I'd forgotten about the show (my Palm calendar was wiped out for no apparent reason), and a Monday is always tough.

I have skipped so many shows this Fall I've had tickets for: Art Brut, Tapes n' Tapes, Twilight Singers, Ok Go, Robyn & Venus 3.   Aaargh.

Really wanted to see this, but Baltimore on Monday was tough....Sounds like those who made it saw a good show.

Yeah, a Baltimore show and it being a Monday both factored in for me as well. If it had been in DC, there would have been no way I would have missed this. How is that the the combination of Robyn Hitchcock and Peter Buck can't score a larger venue than the Ottobar?!

Sounds like it was a good show. I'm still a little confused on the line-up. So Peter and Scott performed first and then Robyn came out and Peter and Scott backed him up?

Scott, Peter, and Bill Rieflin played with Hitchcock, and Scott played 12-string on a few songs for Mark Pickerel, one of the openers.  Sadly, there was no Minus 5 action.  I was hoping Scott would get to do a song or two.
