It's been awhile . . . but I grew up on them.  The defined my high school existence.

This one dude was the guy with the gigantic boom box
No one really liked him, but he supplied the tunes
Basketball and at the skate ramp
Long Island in the mid 80s ....So yeah PE was a big part of that
It was rap with punk... right in to my mother f’n veins
Lots of D batteries supplied that enjoyment
