So I'm feeling like Biden should just make all his cabinet picks Acting until 2022 when the dems take the lead in the senate

There is incentive for Republicans after all if Biden fails Trump will return...and I just don’t think many Republicans want that although neither do they want to be primaried by Trumpist challengers in 2022...it’s a tightrope walk
