this is confusing, the Justice Department is appealing based on they think the sentences should have been stiffer

This feels like the most recent Supreme Court confirmations.  There is concern, there is confusion, there is crisis actors saying the person isn’t so bad after all and in the end the guy they wanted - and no one else did - is confirmed. Hopefully not here though
