What part of that Wikipedia copy and paste did you find confusing?
I think he was responding how Space was using that as the Dutch team should only have 4% of it's team of african decent

Look at the NBA
US population of african decent 13%
the NBA in 2021 was composed of 73.2 percent black players

tho Afro-Dutch is a subgenre in the making

This is true of increasing numbers of European teams. The Dutch were the first to field a more diverse team. The French followed, the English, then the Germans…. The Belge…When you watch World Cup games from the 1970s these teams fielded almost exclusively white teams.

By the way, the same is true of the United States….

The world has changed and at the same time the soccer federation’s know where the talent is….and they try to take advantage of it.

people who are citizens, who are the most talented should be able to play on their national team
not sure what the inequity is here.  It's sports

I think Space is bitter because he didn't make the cut to play on an NBA team.

So if nine of the best 11 players are Asian, they'd be on the national sports team. But if most of the highest acheiving students are Asian, we can't have a college population refect that? What's the difference?

Dusty Baker says African-Americans are underrepresented in MLB. Shouldn't we be doing something about that?

You mean Netherlands- Argentina?

Nervy and cautious…. I think it’s 50/50

These teams have met in many great games: 78 Final, 98, 2014 for example. The 74 pounding too…

Louis Van Gaal is one of my favorite managers.

It’s a final, really.

In a couple of hours we will know who the referee will be… which can be important

I hope Di Maria is healthy and can play as he is a key part of team (injured against Poland, sat out Australia)
