My kid said he would have voted for him in 2016, but would have sat out 2020.

Either Space’s kid has changed their pronoun, Space’s kid has thoughts on Archie Bunker, or Space mistyped. A nation waits with bated breath.

We were talking about what Archie Bunker would have thought about Trump. My kid wouldn't have voted for Trump in 2016, because she was 9. According to my kid, Archie Bunker, had he lived, would have voted for Trump in 2016 but not 2020.

There is nothing in this response that would indicate their pronouns haven't changed recently.
