Once he revealed that he was gay, his audience size nearly doubled.

It's no wonder tickets are twice as hard to get this time.

You know me Jag.  Nobody likes a Sexyback more than me.  When I heard this wasn't 21+, there was no way I could miss it!

Consolation: for the face value of $55/ticket that would have gone to Mr. Timberlake, I can now see...

 Wed 9/13 - Band of Horses & Chad VanGaalen @ BC = $15
 Thu 9/14 - Rogue Wave @ BC = $15
 Tue 9/19 - Magnolia Elec Co & Shearwater @ BC = $12
 Mon 9/25 - Architecture in Helsinki @ BC = $13

...for the same price.  Now, if I can sell this as a *good thing* to the g/f...

I think this is what I'll do for the massive attack shows. Probably won't sell out as fast but I bet they'll be gone within the first hour.

do you have any idea what state the ladies will be in???  easy pickings!  (incidentally, the only way i ever get anywhere...)

all joking aside, i really don't care for his music but i'm betting he puts on a good performance.  plus, a large part of any show is the crowd - i'm sure the place will be abuzz.  add that my GF sorta digs him, and there ya go.

i guess the fact that i can also appreciate big-name commercial acts excludes me from being a member of this board's "elite"...  :)

i know this won't make me popular here, but here goes anyways: for crazy over-subscribed shows (like foo fighters, JT, etc), maybe the 9:30 should consider tasking (brace for it) Ticketmaster with the selling job. Tickets.com just doesn't seem to be able to deal with the traffic.

Looks like that probably won't happen... I fear this is an exclusive deal.  Anyone?  Anyone?
