i think he should have bought in the transfer window, but really if two managers cant get this group of players to stay up, i dont who could. like i said a month or so back, the worst part of the fat man was the players he bought, and then wanting to sell oba and taylor to buy diarra and kevin nolan was just crazy. in summary, if we go down then kev will share the blame, but if we stay up then its a success, because i dont think sam would have been able to pull that off

 how about that manchester derby?

Let's bet. In England 5 points between Arsenal and Manchester United with 12 games left.

In Italy, 8 points between Inter and Roma with 16 games left.

In Spain, 8 points between Madrid and Barcelona with 15 games left.

 Arsenal 63
 Manchester United 58
 Chelsea 55

 Inter Milan 56
 AS Roma 48

 Real Madrid 56
 Barcelona 48

I will go with Arsenal (not sure at all, I think it will depend on how far both Arsenal and Man. Utd get in the Champions League), Inter and Barcelona.

italy is over

i dont know much about spain at this point, to be honest

in england, arsenal has the lead, man u has dropped 5 of 6 points (although we arent talking about it yet). i think chelsea needed all three against liverpool this past weekend to climb back into it, but were flat at home. gotta go with with arsenal

There's one unifying theme in all 4 of United's EPL losses this season: no Wayne Rooney.  And it's not like he's having a great goal scoring season either - it's just the little things he does that make the difference.

And I'm not one to question Sir Alex, but for some reason he has paired up his midfield Nani/ Anderson and Carrick/Hargreaves.  Add to that a not match fit Scholes and that left the youth fairly exposed as we saw on Sunday.  A nice mixture of youth and experience would be preferred by this fan.

Wasn't Toon trying to get Brown?   :p

Poor Wes, that would be like when Michael Jordan signed up for the Wizards.

HAHA HAHAHAHAHA HA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH FUCKING HAHAHAHAHAHA OOOOOOHHHHHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEH SOMEONE SLAP ME PLEASE, HOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOH

Regardless of what happens between United and Arsenal, today is a great day!!!

My bias is obviously for United, but in reality there's very little between the two sides. I'd give the edge to United because of home field advantage and we had 'em at the camel dome until the last kick of the game.

 But tonight...I'm a BARNSLEY fan.
