The groin bone is connected to the knee bone!    ;)

BTW, here's my take on the game..yes, I actually got to see it now I've changed jobs.

The red card was a red card offense - I'm just surprised he flashed the red card in such a 'big game' Joe Cole's was far worse but he stayed on the field, but there's no way he was going to send two of them off. Terry should've also gotten a red for hacking Rooney down, but he got the yellow instead.

The penalty call was a little weak admittedly, but he missed two definate penalties earlier on so it was probably a make up call by the ref.

Tevez's goal in the 3rd minute of injury time when the 4th official said 2 minutes was a good call. You can't blow the whistle with the ball out of play and he scored right off the corner, then the extra few seconds was to make up the time lost while setting up the corner...it's really quite simple.

I'm surprised it was as one sided as it was to be honest. I thought chelski would've put up more of a fight, and when they resorted to filthy tactics it was all over at that point.

Finally, other than the goal, what did Tevez do? I must admit, I'm not a fan...yet.

HIS PROPER NAME IS MICHAEL ASHLEY

There's no way Toon was going to do a Leeds, the local council wouldn't have allowed it. What would the Geordies do for two hours every Saturday afternoon? Those 2 hours are needed so the pubs can clean up and change the barrels, and so their wives can cover some of the bruises before the next round of domestics start

Well, yet another 1-0 victory for United. The good news is they're still winning and they haven't got it quite together yet, and Rooney is off the mark so he should start banging them in now.

Yep, not the best home performance by United, but the midfield looks strong at the back line, and is definitely struggling going forward.  Rooney was very vocal this match about the distribution of ball going forward.

Nonetheless, top of the table and not much to argue with.

Barcelona seems to start playing decently. Surprise in France though, can't recall the last time when a Scottish team won with such authority an away-game in the Champions League.
