I haven't heard that and my guy at US Soccer didn't answer so I'll let you know if he calls back.

What I do know is that US Soccer players are getting a bad rap for not wanting to play in countries where English is not the primary language, but when they get to England and can't cut the mustard, they're left in limbo.

So it would make sense for the Toon to be on the list as Jozy was in Italy and Spain trying out, but the only thing I heard about the tryouts was him asking other Americans what it's like to live in a country that doesn't speak English.  I seem to remember him being fluent in French, however, so I would bet that it would be between an English (or Scottish) club or a French club.

hmmm...of the 'stars' (adu, zizzo, bradley, szetela) of the under 20 u.s. team, jozy seems to be the only one not in europe, none in england/scotland/ireland. could a change be coming with the next generation?

I'm afraid they will be disapointing tight and boring matches.

Liverpool 2- Manchester United 2
 Arsenal 2 - Chelsea 1

Valencia 1 - Barcelona 3 (maybe dreaming here given how bad both teams are playing)
