Portable Headphone Suggestions?
« on: January 17, 2004, 03:13:00 am »
I have used Koss KTX-Pro (or the Radio Shack Pro 35) headphones for years. Other the fact that they were fairly fraigle, they put out great sound for portable headphones. Koss has discontinued their line and released a new model. I am not as happy with these because they don't handle bass frequencies as well and they don't fit as nicely. What do you all use for headphones and do you have any recommendations on a different type?

I hate Mac's ear buds.  Does anyone else have a problem with them falling out?  I have some Sony's that wrap around the back of your neck, and I love them.  But I am far from an audiophile.....

I really like these, although I am not a headphone expert. They seal out noise pretty well, so work great in noisy situations like the metro.
