Ben Harper tickets??

On tickets.com, it says tickets for Ben Harper don't go on sale until July 16th, which is just 9 days before the show.  Is this an attempt to cut down on ticket scalping (which it won't), or is it a typo, and tickets really go on sale June 16th?

According to ben harper's website tix go onsale today @ 10 am, but as you posted tickets.com has 7/16 listed. I spoke with a rep. from tickets.com last  night and they said tix go onsale on 7/16. My advice would be to be ready at 10 am today just in case!

There have been 2 pre-sales already for this show. Ben's own, which sold out instantly, and the 9:30/tickets.com one that was open all day yesterday. It started at 10:00am, and I think I checked as late as 3:00 and there were still tickets available.
 
 Oh, and tickets.com does have them on sale now.

Thanks for the heads up. Couldn't get through on the first pre-sale and never got notified about the 930 pre-sale (I'm on the mailing list, not sure why I didn't get it).
 
 Bought them a little while ago and now they are sold out.

I never got an e-mail about the 930 presale either (and I'm on the mailing list), but fortunately someone posted the info on another website and I got tix right before the presale closed. Even with a 2-tix limit, 1200 tix go fast.

I'm not sure how the password was sent out. I've been on the 930 mailing list for awhile, but never received any info. I'm not sure if a certain number of tix were set aside or not, but the presale ended at 10 pm last night and there were still tix available. There's been a lot of confusion because there have been multiple presales, for almost every venue and all the venues are so small. At least there was a 2-tix max. for the 930, some venues it was higher.
 
 Sorry to those of you that didn't get tix. He's playing at the electric factory too. And tix for that go onsale tomorrow @ 10am . Philly's not too far!!

Never got an email or snail mail either about a 9:30 presale for this show.  I was stuck at work and couldn't get tix either way, through Harper's presale or when tix went on sale.  This really sucks!  I haven't missed a show of his in 7-8 years.  If anyone has extras, please let me know.
